Nala frowned and set the half eaten cracker on the plate again. "Hm, so there's a difference like that?" She wondered aloud. "Doesn't seem to me like there would be one..."
Nala let out a snort, though said nothing to contradict him. "If you say so," she said, clearing her plat and throwing it in the sink. She turned, crossed her hands, and stared at him for a moment, before saying, "Show me." It was more of a command, then a statement.
Nala let out an exasperated sigh and put a hand on her hip. "I'm telling you to kiss me idiot," she said, "I have no idea why you said guys are more passionate kissers; I'm curious, that's all."
Nala had been tense, like she was expecting something incredible to happen. Though...there was nothing. Neither her stomach flipped nor did her heart skip a beat. Was there something wrong with her...? She almost snarled, irritated at that thought. Maybe she wasn't doing something correctly... Nala laced her hands into his hair, irked at herself than anything else.
It was like Nala wasn't there, just a doll-like human left: neither forcing away the guy nor encouraging him. Her hands moved dropped slowly from his hair, to the back of his neck, pulling him into her.
At that moment Kia walked in blabbering to herself like she normally did. She was holding a bag of groceries which fell to the ground as she saw the two and a gasp left her.
A little part of Nala floated back to earth, as she heard the small gasp. She slowly leaned back and looked over the shoulder of him, her eyes widening for a second, as she saw Kia and Leo standing there. "Hm, might have wanted to time this better," Nala muttered to herself, then in a louder voice: "This looks pretty bad, huh? Don't worry, he was just showing me that apparently guys are more passionate kissers than women." She shot a glare at him, before untangling herself from him and hopping off the counter, running a hand through her hair. "He was wrong by the way," Nala continued, a little too calm.
(So sorry for my late reply; I've had SAT prep and a AP history class for college credits going on. :/)
Nala stumbled backwards, surprised that he had slapped her. With her connections with other people, this didn't really happen... Then again, she almost never interacted with other humans. This was one of the reasons -or one she just made up on the spot.
Rubbing her cheek which was slowly turning pink, she frowned at Leo. "Jesus, jumping to conclusions, aren'tcha?" She asked, her mouth running faster than her brain.
"I was just trying to prove that men aren't as passionate kissers," she said, her cheeks brightening at how childish that sounded. She glanced at Kia for a moment, then she turned away, looking a little abashed. She hated this. She didn't want to be around anyone anymore, especially her.
Kia pulled at her brothers arm,"go to bed, just go" she told him, finally getting him to leave. "What was the point of that? Why did you need to prove that sort of point?" Kia asked her.
Nala glanced away, her energy and fire disappearing. Why had she done that... It was a point, to make for herself. Though why. "Doesn't matter," she muttered, shaking her head. "It was just a mistake."
