He ground his teeth, his hands curling into a nervous fist. "You think?" He scathingly demanded, glancing over his shoulder nervously, "not exactly the best at these kind of things, are you?"
"Right, and I'm sure that will definitely alert the kings. We could just stroll up to the kingdom and be like, 'Hey, we're here to just kill someone random. We don't know 'em, though they found out that we were trying to figure out a liquid that may or may not be lethal'; we'd have the same effect," he replied in an "uh-duh" kind of tone.
She rolled her hazel eyes and turned around, "I meant we could just leave and go somewhere else," Alexianna grinned, wagging her finger at him, "Elizah, you're waaaaay too tense."
He pinched the bridge of his nose. "There's a difference between being tense and realizing if you're going to loose in a situation," he dryly replied, crossing his hands over his chest.
He held his hand up, having heard this speech before. "Listen, I know you mean well, though that's what I do for a living. I'm not supposed to live life or anything; just go out and kill a few people," he said, shrugging.
Elizah shrugged. "No idea, most of my employers never tell me who they are. As funny as it is, we mainly meet in a dark place behind where I live. Or they send one of their servants to come and get me," he replied, tapping his chin.
