Hostless angels are new human souls who have not yet been accepted into a host. Many scramble overthemselves to impress the archangels, but most of the decision of which host they will become a part of weighs on their actions during their human life. Sometimes they're sent on minor, simple missions.

Kai |RP by Crystalfrost
A handsome angel with dark hair and darker eyes. This doesn't seem very angelic, but it's hard to mistake him for a demon. Kai was born and lived out his life in Hawaii. He was a free-spirited young man, until he drowned in a surfing competition when he was 21. He was in the prime of his life, and it was cut short. He doesn't care much for this new world he entered when he died. As beautiful as Heaven is, he longed for nothing more than to return to Earth. He was elated when he discovered he could. Now he spends every second he can on Earth. Kai was never a very religious person--he didn't not believe in God, but he didn't really believe either. He just went on with his life, not worrying about religion. He finds it odd that he's an angel now, and isn't sure how he feels about the fact that there is and never was a God, at least as far as the archangels know. Not that he's talked to them very much. He hasn't shown much of a desire to become one of the angelic hosts. He doesn't want to be the lacky of some archangel. He likes what he is now as a hostless angel: free.

Christian Moralani | RPed by ~HeartShapedLocket~
Being the first born son of the Moralani family, you would assume that Christian Isaiah Moralani would be the heir and owner of his family’s large corporation, but that isn’t the case. In fact, Christian is pretty sure his father never liked him for the majority of his life, especially once his little brother Erick was born. Christian was a reserved child, preferring to stick to himself rather than jumping around with the family. He would hear the adults whisper about him and his strange disconnectedness, but he never cared. He never wanted any of the attention to begin with, so the fact that no one tried to press him was fine. His brother was the complete opposite and maybe that’s why their father loved him so much. Okay, maybe the fact that their father started to completely disregard his existence hurt him as a kid, but Christian still had their mother. He was much like her, docile and quiet. He simply let his brother and scream and cry when he was unhappy, dutifully going along to make him happy. That kept the whole household happy. It didn’t surprise Christian when Erick was named successor to their father’s business. He welcomed that because it meant he didn’t have to deal with the stress. He still lived a comfortable life, choosing to pursue a smaller career that paid well and made him happy. He watched his younger brother drink and party and run the family business with a smirk. Everything about it came naturally for Erick, but Christian was never jealous. He couldn’t tell if his brother was ever happy with what he was doing, but he knew that Erick could change his life in a positive way if he’d just sell the business. Erick, of course, dismissed him immediately. So when Christian got mixed up in a mafia deal gone wrong, and paid the ultimate price for it, he wasn’t sure if his brother would mourn his passing. But Christian was given a choice and he returned to earth, as an angel. His brother didn’t seem unhappy with his return, so now Christian tries to save his brother from a death like his own. Christian is 26, 5’11 in height, with the same muscular build as his brother. His hair is darker and kept shaggier, and his eyes are dark grey-blue.

Saerin | RPed by Crystalfrost
This angel is a strange creature. He's been a hostless angel for a very, very long time. He has no desire to enslave himself to one of the archangels. Strangely enough, he doesn't mind enslaving himself to petty humans. In fact, he enjoys it. Don't think for a second that Saerin is truly in your control, though. There's always been something wild about his eyes. Often something sadistic. It's hard to say how Saerin ended up in heaven. Some say it was a mistake, others that the system was corrupted somehow. The truth? Saerin was a perfect little angel until he actually became a real angel. Somehow, dying and going to heaven drove up insane. You want to watch out for him. Break the M'asservir contract, and Saerin won't hesitated to kill you. Or turn you into his own personal slave. Like most angels, Saerin is gorgeous, with white wings, brown hair, and glowing green eyes.
