Werecats, also refered to as ailuranthropes, are sly and mischeivious creatures that can shift into the form of a cat (either large or domesticated). Like vampires and werewolves, werecats are infected with a demonic disease that makes them who they are. They can change whenever they choose, but at the new moon they are force into their cat form and lose their minds. They live together in prides. Werecats can eat human food, but they need raw meet to survive. If they could, their instinct would drive them to hunt humans, but it is forbidden by the Protectors. Like werewolves, most live to be over a hundred and are burned by silver.
