THE CONSORTIUM

The Consortium is a group of Evos who believe that a war between humans and Evos is inevitable, and they want to start it. They live in an old, abandoned neighborhood where the light usually doesn't reach. Most of them have to share houses with other Brotherhood members. Only their leader, West, has his house to himself and his close friends.

West Gallagher

A 20 year old guy with dark brown hair and brown eyes. He is smart and ruthless, and he never backs away from a challenge. At first glance, he looks like an innocent teenager, but don't let it fool you. Not many people who know who the real leader of the Brotherhood is, and he prefers to keep it a secret. He isn't pure evil, he only wants mutants to live free in the world, and he will do it by any means. He is often seen as serious and tough, but those who are close to him know he has a lighter side. He actually has a good sense of humor and loves to spend time with friends. Of course, his only friends are his girlfriend, Levit, and Angel. He is also very protective of his sister, Jessi. He is blind, but because of his power it doesn't seem to effect him much. He often says "In a way, I was blind before and my eyes are finally opened to the world." Sebastian

A quiet, isolated 18 year old guy. Nobody knows much about him, because he never says much to people. Most people would describe him as weird or creepy. Because of his anti-social behavior, he never knows quite what to say or do when he is around other people. So, what's his problem? His power is that he can see ghosts. He didn't think much about it, or even really realize or accept it, until his junior year of highschool. He had it all--good grades, a promising future, a basketball and track scholarship. Then his little brother, Sam, died in a car crash. He was supposed to die too, but the paramedics saved him. The next day he met his dead brother out in the woods. Since then, he's met him every day just before sunset. He finished highschool and didn't go to college so he could stay with his brother. He feels like it was his fault he died... and maybe it was. Either way, being with him is all he has to live for now. He's handsome enough, though he wouldn't be described as hot by most girls, with dark brown hair and green eyes, but it wasn't his looks that earned him his popularity in school. It was his talent. Shiro Shiina

A blonde girl with light orange-red eyes like Amber. She came to the brotherhood after her parents had a fight over her being a mutant, and had been grazed by a bullet her father had shot at her leaving a long pale scar on the left side of her stomach. When the man had found out about her being a mutant- he turned cruel and angry towards Shiro. She didn't understand the treatment and took it all. She became a cold shell for awhile, and it was her mother that had helped the girl heal as much as she could before the say Shiro had to run away from home. Shiro adores anyone and is easy to trust another person, especially older women that she might see as a mother figure. She doesn't know what happened to her parents after she left, and is sometimes seen crying alone. She's thirteen years old, and doesn't know much about the world outside her picture books and fairy tales. She has the ability to take your mind to another plane which her subconcious controls. The other 'world' usually appears to be a scene from a fairy tale, or a garbled mess. They're all extremely dangerous though- because any damage you happen to take there affects your real body. Your nerves recieve the signals of pain from your mind that she has trapped in the other plane, and so your body reacts to it like it had really recieved it. The most common world her mind makes is Alice in Wonderland themed, and it's far from the happy tale in the book. Shiro's mother told her to never tell anyone of her ability, so she keeps it secret. She's extremely fragile, and is a precious sweet heart to everyone. She has a fear of the dark, and older men that resemble her father in the slightest way. Shiro likes to paint and draw, and when she shows it to others most are amazed by the young girls talent at first. A genius they say, and that was really the only reason her father hadn't tried to kill her up until that point. He was using her for the praise and acceptance of others, but when they found out about her being a mutant from an accident, they shunned them. She goes by the nickname 'Mashiron' or 'Shi' sometimes to people that are close to her. She has a good memory for things, saying it's easy for her to remember math and science because to her their forms of art. Names, places and people are no different, and it comes in handy sometimes. Shiro is helpless in things like cooking and cleaning though, as she never had to do them growing up. Athletics and anything to do with physical activity she's okay in, nothing special or abnormal other than the fact she'll trip everyother five feet. Shiro lives in house five with Waneta. She adores the older woman like she would her mother, and follows her around like a duckling. RPed by Light_In_My_Dream
