Mizukage Sin Ikita // RPed by Light A tall 36 year-old man with long navy-blue hair and dark gold eyes. Sin is the third Raikage of Kumogakure. He's a very laid back person, and isn't in the least bit afraid to take a challenge. Like the Raikage's before him, Sin is incredibly fast and specializes in Lightning based attacks. He's known to have a quick adaptbillty in battle, and his quick decisions and insane plans have saved the village and many lives on several accounts. He's sacrificed a lot for his village, and is said to be halfway to depravity it seems.

	ANBU Ren Ikita // RPed by Light A nineteen year old pink haired girl with dark magenta eyes. A loud-mouthed clutz this one, even with the training of an elite ANBU. For some reaso she can't walk in a straight line for more than five steps, six being her record. If you asked her who her favorite person was she'd scream Sin and have a panic attack- because everyones favorite person should be Sin in her eyes. Don't try to say otherwise or she might try to kill you, no joke. Her mood swings change like the flutter of a butterflies wings, and she's always in a hurry. Sin and Ren are cousins, and grew up together.

	Jonin Taka Ito // RPed by Crystalfrost A very handsome 22-year-old young man with untidy black hair and brown eyes. He's been a jonin for two years now, and was once offered a spot in the ANBU black-ops. He turned it down. No one knows why, especially seeing how Taka would fit into the black-ops just fine. He's quiet, secretive, and a fearsome ninja. His talents lie mostly in the realm of taijutsu, but he's efficient with the other two types as well. He's also one of the few cloud shinobi to wield Storm Release, a kekkei genkai. He has a hawk he can summon in battle, but also keeps it around for company.

	Academy Students Shiho Yotsuki // RPed by Crystalfrost A shy, quiet girl of 13 with blond hair and blue-grey eyes. She is the worst in her class, seemingly unable to do anything right. She has a lot of chakra, but can't seem to direct it where she wants. When she was a baby, she had the two-tailed demon sealed inside her, and the beast's chakra comes through when she's angry.
